Standard Service Description
For informational purposes regarding the category of services:
Post-decline advisory (informational overview) Post-decline advisory is an independent informational service that operates after a PSP, EMI, or bank decline, once the legal and regulatory position is already concluded. Its purpose is to deliver a written decision framework that helps clarify the structural meaning of a decline. Such advisors typically provide: - Objective clarity on what occurred and why a decline was issued - Identification of structural barriers currently in place - Clear boundaries of what is and is not structurally possible at this stage - Non-binding timing considerations, where relevant The service is usually provided for a one-time fee and does not involve any ongoing participation. Post-decline advisors do not recommend providers, submit applications, interact with PSPs or banks, or guarantee outcomes. Any action taken after receiving such information is entirely independent and outside the advisor’s scope. Clients who wish to explore this category generally do so on their own initiative.
